On January 13, 2015, Rodney C. Sacks, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hilton H. Schlosberg, Vice Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer, of Monster Beverage Corporation (the “Company”) will host an investor meeting to provide an update on the Company’s business and operations at the Harvard Club of New York.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2014, achieved $1.86 billion in net sales, up 9.0% over net sales of $1.71 billion for the same period in 2013. Net sales for the third quarter of 2014 increased to $636.0 million, up 7.7% from the same quarter last year. Net income for the third quarter of 2014 increased to $121.6 million, up 31.9% from the same quarter last year.
