On April 2, 2010, Nick R. Gagliardi tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer of Monster Beverage Company, a division of Hansen Beverage Company, a subsidiary of Hansen Natural Corporation (the “Company”), to pursue other business interests. Mr. Gagliardi’s responsibilities will be handled by other senior executives.
